Assistant Project Manager / Estimator Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., LLC is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Assistant Project Manager / Estimator to support our commercial roofing operations. This role provides essential support with estimating, project coordination, documentation, and communication between field teams, vendors, and management. Position Overview As an Assistant Project Manager / Estimator, you will assist with preparing estimates, coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and maintaining communication across internal and external teams. You will help ensure projects run smoothly by supporting documentation, scheduling, material tracking, and field coordination. Key Responsibilities Assist with preparing commercial roofing estimates and project proposals Support Project Managers with project coordination and documentation Track job progress, schedules, and material needs Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams Maintain organized project files, reports, and documentation Assist with ordering materials and tracking deliveries Provide project updates and support to field crews and leadership Qualifications Strong computer skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent communication and organizational abilities Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects Construction or roofing experience preferred but not required Compensation Competitive salary based on experience Weekly pay schedule Benefits Healthcare insurance (eligible after 90 days) 401(k) retirement plan with company match up to $500 Company phone and computer Accrued PTO up to 40 hours per year $25,000 company‑paid life insurance (eligible after 90 days) Opportunities for career growth and advancement Work Location Various project locations and office support as needed About Jolly Roofing Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., LLC is a leading commercial roofing contractor specializing in roof replacement, service, and maintenance across multiple regions.
