Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Full-time contract opportunities are available for dedicated Special Education Teachers for the upcoming school year. These in-person roles span elementary, middle, and high school assignments, with a variety of classroom settings designed for those passionate about individualized instruction and inclusive education.

What We’re Seeking:

• Valid MN Special Education (SPED) license — tier 3 or 4 required
• Prior experience or strong interest in K-12 special education environments
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and administrators
• Strong organizational skills for case management, IEP development, and progress tracking
• Committed to facilitating an engaging, supportive classroom for students with diverse needs
• Willingness to work on-site each day

Role Overview:

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s academic and social-emotional needs
• Teach in dedicated ASD (setting 3) classrooms and/or Special Education resource rooms across elementary, middle, and high school
• Track student goals, progress monitor, and adjust instruction as needed
• Communicate proactively with families, related service providers, and school staff
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom climate
• Adhere to state and district policies, maintaining accurate documentation
• Contribute to team meetings and professional development
