Radiology Tech – Interventional Radiology Tech travel assignment in Los Angeles, California. Start date 11/02/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,849 - $3,042 per week. Hours per week: about 40. - Setting: Interventional Cardiac/Vascular imaging in a hospital environment Responsibilities
- Perform, assist, and complete Cardiac and Vascular Radiographic examinations and active radiographic interventional procedures in the cardiovascular lab using a variety of sophisticated equipment.
- Operate equipment to produce digital images of designated body portions, as ordered by physicians; position and instruct patients for examinations and perform specialized studies.
- Deliver clinical care efficiently and effectively, applying a high level of technical and organizational skills as well as critical thinking.
- Model, mentor, and train staff on technical skills; provide input into hiring and promotion decisions for staff. Requirements
- Proficiency in cardiac and vascular radiographic imaging and interventional procedures in the cardiovascular laboratory.
- Ability to operate radiographic equipment to produce digital images and to position patients for exams.
- Strong clinical care capabilities with technical, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience mentoring or training staff on technical skills and procedures.
- Capacity to work a varied schedule with a focus on patient-centered care within a high-acuity interventional setting. Benefits and Support
