Overview Baker Tilly is a leading advisory, tax and assurance firm with a coast‑to‑coast and global presence in major U.S. and international financial centers. The firm provides professional services through an alternative practice structure in compliance with AICPA standards and related regulations. Key Responsibilities Actively participate in projects focused on Finance Performance Improvement, Business Analytics and Decision Support, Financial Accounting Advisory Services, Transaction Support, Finance Transformation, and Internal Controls design and remediation. Engage in program or project management activities, working closely with team members, managers and partners to deliver high‑quality client service. Strengthen and maintain client relationships by providing outstanding client service and communicating with business owners, executive management, investors, lenders and other sophisticated parties. Invest in professional development through training sessions and networking events, and support recruiting activities including campus recruiting and employee referral programs. Demonstrate strong team skills, a positive attitude and adherence to high ethical standards. Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a large accounting firm, preferably in audit or financial advisory for financial services. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred. Proficiency with Power BI and/or Tableau is a plus. Experience with middle‑market financial suite of applications (such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, IntAcct) and data consolidation, reporting, and analytics. Strong analytical, modeling and Excel skills with a demonstrated ability to conduct complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis. Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced, shifting‑priority environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid environment. Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $98,200 to $157,980, subject to experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
