As a Clinical Nurse, you will be accountable and responsible for the provision and coordination of competent, evidence‑based care along the care continuum, including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will participate in decision‑making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to advance the patient plan of care, achieve outcomes, and enhance operational efficiency. You will adhere to the ANA scope and standards of professional nursing and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with interpretive statements. Qualifications Associate of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. RN graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Candidates with more than two years of acute care experience may be considered if they did not graduate from a nationally accredited program, subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer. Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association. Additional advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty, according to patient care policies.
