Description

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients in inpatient or outpatient settings and devise customized treatment plans
• Deliver physical therapy interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall functionality
• Team up with nurses, doctors, case managers, and other rehabilitation specialists to maximize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic objectives, discharge processes, and home exercise recommendations
• Ensure meticulous documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress aligned with facility and regulatory protocols
• Engage in interdisciplinary team rounds and conferences to facilitate synchronized care delivery

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
