Our team and state-of-the-art programs create a world-class health care organization and the destination center for cardiac, thoracic, and vascular care with complex structural heart disease and interventions, advanced heart failure service as well as advanced imaging with cutting edge technologies.**FTE:** 1.0, **Shift:** Days, **Schedule:** 4-10 hour shifts variable hours can include weekends**Position Summary**The Vascular Ultrasound Technologist is responsible for performing technical non-invasive vascular procedures, assuring quality test results to assist physicians with the diagnosis of vascular disorders. This position works at a technical level under limited supervision, independently performing vascular procedures. Work situations require vascular expertise, analysis, and the use of discretion and good judgement in decision making. The Vascular Imaging Technologist has knowledge and understanding of age related care needs for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. External contacts include patients, family members, and physicians. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
