Referral & Recognition: Employee Referral Program, Retention Bonus *Some benefits may apply depending on position What You’ll Do: As a DSP, your days will be full of connection, purpose, and impact: Support individuals with daily routines and meaningful activities at home and in the community Encourage independence through skill-building, recreation, and social engagement Assist with personal care, mobility, medications, and behavioral or medical needs Create a safe, clean, and supportive environment while completing required documentation What We’re Looking For: You’re at least 18 years old and enjoy working as part of a team You’re compassionate, patient, and comfortable with hands‑on support You’re open to flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, or holidays A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred Ready to Get Started?
