Program Manager

We are seeking a 6-month contract Program Manager to support a prestigious, national non-profit healthcare membership association dedicated to promoting the health of women and newborns. In this vital role, you will oversee the daily operations and execution of a premier maternal care educational workshop and hospital designation program. Operating within the Analytics, Operations, Policy, and Strategic Initiatives department, you will drive project timelines, manage vendor and customer relationships, and streamline data portal operations. We are looking for a proactive leader with 3–5 years of progressive project management experience, exceptional communication skills, and expertise in Excel and online PM tools. Experience in healthcare or instructional design technology (like Articulate 360 or LMS platforms) is a major plus. Responsibilities

• Program & Project Management: Manage daily operations, timelines, and execution for the program, including instructor-led workshops and hospital designation products. Set milestones, identify barriers, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Operational Oversight: Act as the system expert for a custom data portal to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, track data submissions, and deliver reports/analytics.

• Financial & Resource Tracking: Facilitate budget forecasting, expense tracking, and reconciliation for assigned portfolios, ensuring adherence to production budgets.

• Vendor & Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate work with instructors, internal teams, and external vendors (including CNE/CME fulfillment sites). Prepare and review files for copyeditors and narrators to ensure quality control.

• Customer Support & Marketing: Develop and evaluate customer service processes. Address day-to-day inquiries from customers and instructors, maintain FAQ sheets, and collaborate with Marketing to support portfolio promotions.

• Contract & Document Control: Proactively collect, organize, and maintain contract documentation and course folders.

• Leadership & Mentorship: Provide professional mentoring, translate clinical concepts to non-clinical staff, foster a positive team environment, and collaborate effectively across departments.

• Ad-Hoc Projects: Serve as project manager for additional educational initiatives as assigned.
