2nd Shift Production Supervisor

Job Description
The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor will oversee a large production team of more than 30 employees, ensuring efficient and safe operations during the second shift. This role involves coordinating with all shifts to maintain continuity, enforcing quality standards, and driving process improvements. The supervisor will report directly to the Operations Manager and play a key role in training and developing team members to meet operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a large production team on the 2nd shift
- Coordinate with all shifts for smooth handover and operational continuity
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards throughout production
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment
- Provide training and development to enhance team performance
- Prepare and submit shift reports to the Operations Manager
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions
- Manage shift handover procedures effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production supervision
- Background in production management
