Tech - X-ray/Rad Tech

Radiologic Technologist

Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures to assist physicians in patient diagnosis and treatment, ensuring high-quality imaging while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate X-ray equipment to capture images as per physician orders.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining process and ensuring patient comfort.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient information.
• Ensure adherence to radiation safety protocols and maintain equipment functionality.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize imaging results and patient care.
• Assist in processing and submitting images for interpretation.

Qualifications:

• Hold an ARRT certification or equivalent in radiologic technology.
• Possess a valid state license to operate radiologic equipment.
• Demonstrate proficiency in positioning techniques and radiation safety.
• Have previous experience working with diagnostic imaging equipment.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a schedule from 0800-1630 with EOW shifts.
