Medication Management Provider – PMHNP-BC or PA-C Hybrid | North Carolina | 1099 Independent Contractor

Brinkley Brown Mental Wellness, PLLC is a growing, multidisciplinary private practice with nearly 30 providers serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across North Carolina.

We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) with psychiatric experience to join our medication management team in either our Apex or Cary office.

We're looking for a provider who values high-quality patient care, professional autonomy, and collaboration and is interested in building a consistent outpatient medication management caseload.

Our practice receives a steady flow of referrals for children, adolescents, and adults seeking psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and other mental health needs.

Who We're Looking For

• Are licensed in North Carolina as a PMHNP-BC or PA-C
• Have experience providing medication management services
• Are comfortable treating a range of outpatient mental health concerns
• Are interested in developing a consistent medication management caseload
• Value evidence-based, ethical, and patient-centered care
• Are responsive and committed to timely clinical documentation and patient communication
• Enjoy professional independence while still being part of a supportive multidisciplinary team

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with percentage-based compensation. Providers have significant autonomy over their schedules and caseloads, allowing you to build your practice around both your lifestyle and income goals.
