If so, Venture Title Agency is looking for a Title Operations Specialist to become an integral part of our growing team.

This position plays a key role in supporting the final stages of residential real estate transactions by ensuring files are financially balanced, documentation is complete, and every transaction meets company and regulatory standards.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $40,000 – $55,000 (Based on experience)

• Manage transaction files from settlement through final completion.
• Review closing documents, funding, and payoff information for accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile financials and balance files prior to final processing.
• Prepare and process checks, wire disbursements, and related closing funds.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve outstanding items and complete files.
• Prepare files for recording, title policy issuance, and final distribution.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical transaction records.
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Identify and resolve documentation or financial discrepancies.
• Meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience working in a title company, escrow office, settlement company, or real estate closing environment required.
• Extremely organized and highly communicative.
• Ability to manage multiple files while meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating systems.
• Comfortable handling confidential financial and legal documentation.
