Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | 5x8s, 40 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to patients in a rehabilitation hospital setting
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and home care techniques
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery and functional goals

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Arkansas
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work a consistent day shift schedule in a rehabilitation hospital environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation or acute care setting
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation systems
