Highlights Location: Lodi, NJ Schedule: Per Diem What You'll Do Provide professional nursing care to patients in their home. Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate home nursing care needs. Demonstrate competency with infusion therapy. Ensure compliance with physician orders and documentation. Utilize an interdisciplinary team and document all activities accurately. Complete nursing assessments and collaborate with physicians on the Plan of Care. Implement specific teaching strategies to meet established goals. Act as a liaison among physicians and other healthcare team members. Maintain productivity requirements consistently. Adhere to organizational competencies and standards of behavior.
