What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion, Health Science, Public Health, Exercise Science, Nutrition, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in employee well‑being, health promotion, benefits administration, or event coordination. Proven ability to organize and execute well‑being campaigns and employee‑facing initiatives. Strong marketing skills to create engaging communications, newsletters, and promotional materials. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion handling sensitive information. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed, and ability to travel approximately 10‑15%. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work independently or collaboratively in a team. Nice to Have: Experience working with employee well‑being platforms, incentive programs, or benefits apps. Background in communications campaigns, intranet content, or employee marketing. Knowledge of current trends in health promotion, mental well‑being, and workforce engagement. Professional certifications such as CHES, ACSM, SHRM‑CP, or similar. Preferred Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree relevant to health or wellness fields. 2+ years of hands‑on experience in wellness program coordination. Experience supporting corporate wellness events and external vendor collaborations. Additional Requirements: Ability to support and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously. Willingness to support employee engagement activities, health fairs, and community involvement such as Houston Corporate 5K or MS150 events. Willingness to travel domestically (10‑15%).
