AR Specialist

Salary: $58,000 - $72,000/year
Location: Renton, WA

Key Responsibilities for the AR Specialist:

Generate and distribute invoices and billing statements
Apply cash receipts and reconcile incoming payments
Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances
Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
Maintain accurate customer and donor billing records within Sage
Support month-end reconciliations and AR reporting

Qualifications for the AR Specialist:

2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
Experience working with Sage ERP
Nonprofit (NFP) accounting experience preferred
Experience with cash applications, collections, and account reconciliations
