Maintenance Technician Part Time

BMOC Inc. is seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to support our residential communities in Stevens Point, Wisconsin .

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be part of a professional team that values well-maintained properties and a positive resident experience.

You will work closely with our property management team to ensure our buildings remain safe, functional, and well cared for .

Schedule: Approximately 25 hours per week .

What You'll Do

• Respond to maintenance requests and complete repairs in a timely and professional manner
• Perform common repairs including plumbing fixes, faucet replacements, minor appliance troubleshooting, and similar tasks
• Complete minor repairs such as drywall patching, painting touch-ups, and small replacements within units and common areas
• Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the property, including common areas and exterior upkeep
• Replace fixtures and small parts as needed throughout the property
• Assist with furniture movement or replacements when necessary
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents

What We're Looking For

• Basic maintenance or handyman experience preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete minor plumbing, appliance, and general repairs
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
• Strong work ethic and pride in maintaining quality living spaces
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between properties

Compensation

• Base Salary: $20-$24/hour, based on experience and demonstrated capability
• Eligibility for a year-end bonus based on property profitability and individual performance
