• Experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility
• Proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and community members
• Ability to respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and issues
• Experience in maintaining visual presentation standards for merchandise
• Ability to educate customers on products, services, and promotions
• Familiarity with following company policies and procedures, including dress code compliance, is a plus
• Ability to be at work on time when scheduled
