Nocturnist Physician

Our rapidly growing, hospital-employed team in Great Falls, MT is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Nocturnist to join our collaborative and highly respected hospitalist program. This full-time position offers a balanced 15-on/15-off schedule, modern facilities, and the support of a full complement of in-house specialties. Practice Info Full-time hospital-employed position Work alongside a dedicated nocturnist counterpart and Pulmonary/Critical Care physician Supported by Telemedicine Critical Care/Pulmonology and on-call specialists Experienced day hospitalist team with 2 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners 1:5 nursing-patient ratio, adjusted for acuity Average hospitalist daily census: 15 patients Compensation Highly competitive salary Sign-on bonus and retention bonuses CME allowance and paid professional expenses Moving allowance Benefits Robust benefits package Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Shift & Schedule 15 on / 15 off nocturnist schedule (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Montana Experience and comfort with hospital procedures preferred Strong clinical acumen, decision-making skills, and communication abilities Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and teamwork
