A luxury vacation rental management company known for excellence and personal service based in Park City is seeking a Client Success Manager to ensure homeowner satisfaction and retention. About the Role As a Client Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for homeowners, ensuring they feel valued, informed, and confident in their partnership with us. You will support the onboarding process, proactively manage communications, and handle day-to-day questions and needs with care and efficiency.
