Maintenance Lead

We are recruiting for a Maintenance Lead at a food manufacturing facility. This is a working leader role for someone who can troubleshoot complex equipment, mentor a small team of technicians, and help drive reliability on the overnight shift.

You will partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to set daily priorities, keep production equipment running, and lead preventative maintenance while staying hands-on with the tough repairs.

What you'll do:

• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to the maintenance team
• Assign, prioritize, and monitor maintenance work
• Perform and oversee preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and facility equipment
• Assist with installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
• Train, coach, and mentor maintenance technicians
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and parts inventory
• Identify ways to improve reliability and reduce downtime
• Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, OSHA, and sanitation standards
• Respond to emergency maintenance as needed

What you need:

• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Prior lead or supervisory experience
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and industrial equipment
• Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting
• Food manufacturing experience preferred
• CMMS experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work overnight, Sunday to Thursday, and participate in an on-call rotation

Schedule: Overnight shift, Sunday to Thursday, 9pm to 5:30am. OT, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
