Part-Time Office Administrator / Director Of First Impressions

LearningRx Tysons is seeking a part-time Office Administrator / Director of First Impressions to support our brain training center. Hours: 3:30 - 7:30 pm, Monday - Friday; Occasional Saturdays 1 - 4 pm

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, welcoming experience for all families and visitors
• Answer incoming calls, listen carefully, and schedule appointments
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain relationships
• Keep schedules, records, and materials organized
• Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
• Assist with community outreach and local events

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office
• Friendly, patient, and enjoys working with children and families

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
