Business Applications Analyst

Responsible for the administration and continuous improvement of business applications, the full-time Business Applications Analyst will work remotely to manage application configurations, support implementations, and ensure operational needs are met while collaborating with business stakeholders and vendors. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, and vendors for assigned business applications Configure, administer, and maintain business applications, including workflow design and user access management Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate timely resolution with internal teams and vendors Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role Experience with Application Management and Vendor Management Strong Project or Program Support experience required Ability to analyze and review organizational metrics and data preferred
