Water Wings Swim School

Water Wings Swim School in California is seeking an experienced and organized Assistant Manager to oversee our swim school team and daily pool operations. You will work closely with the General Manager to lead a 50+ staff, manage schedules, training, accountability, and uphold teaching and safety standards across all lessons.
