Provides project or program support to a functional group or business process. Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables. Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures. Gathers and compiles information for reports. Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding. Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Nice to Have: High School Diploma/GED 4-year college degree preferred. Assists with Employee Morale Activities (and ERG’s) of the site to keep a positive company culture and an adherence to the Medtronic Mission. Prepares travel and purchase orders for Distribution Operations as assigned. Co-ordinates external and internal requests for information and tours Serves as the site liaison for Kronos Prepares the site the Distribution Newsletter Serves as the site Communications lead by composing and sending communications to employee population as needed. Coordinates the Distribution town hall and other special events/meals. Time management skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment. Ability to work in past-paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities. Problem-solving skills and diplomacy Excellent organization skills and attention to detail Strong communications and time management skills Flexible and adaptable approach Proficient in use of modern technology Extensive experience with Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT) Experience in executive admin support Broad practical knowledge of operational systems and practices. PR) locations (USD):$62,400.00 - $93,600.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
