Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and maintaining accurate records

• Assist with procedures, treatments, and interventions as directed by the medical team

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve patient-centered care goals

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in the state of Georgia

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a medical setting, preferably in long-term care or acute care

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

• Familiarity with electronic medical records and basic computer skills.
