PACU NurseWe are seeking a skilled PACU Nurse to join our team for a temporary contract. This position involves providing care in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), specifically in pre-operative, post-operative, and Phase 1 recovery settings.Job DetailsSchedule: 10-hour evening shifts, starting from 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM, beginning on specified start dates.Contract Length: 6 weeksWeekend Requirement: Must have an active Illinois license, CPR, and ACLS certifications.Floating Requirement: Will float within the department as necessary.On Call Requirement: NoneQualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of solid core staff experience in an acute care settingAt least 2 successful travel contractsActive Illinois nursing licenseCurrent CPR and ACLS certificationsExperience PreferredExtensions on contracts are preferred.Strong PACU experience with a proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.Client ExpectationsSuccessful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to punctuality and reliability, as tardiness will not be tolerated.
