Indiana University Health Medical Group is seeking a Primary Care Physician (FM, IM, or Med‑Peds) to join our established and highly collaborative practice located in Carmel, Indiana.

This is a 100% outpatient opportunity designed for physicians seeking work‑life balance, clinical autonomy, and a supportive team environment within a nationally recognized health system.

Schedule & Responsibilities

• Full‑time (1.0 FTE)
• Monday‑Friday schedule
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care

Qualifications

• Experienced physicians and residents encouraged to apply
