Non-profit health system in a warm, welcoming East Texas community is seeking three Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians in the Texarkana, Longview, and Tyler areas (just two hours from Dallas and Little Rock). Words can't describe how wonderful these people are!

Compensation and Benefits:

• Income guarantee, $260k - $265k / year starting base. then $300,000 - $350,000 / year after year one. Large catchment for 400,000 people
• $50,000 - $75,000 sign on with three year commitment

Job/Practice Description:

• Eight IM/FMs and seven APPs
• Schedule – M-F 8:00am-5:00pm - flex schedule, 4.5 days in clinic
• 100% outpatient
• Average patient volume: 14-22 patients per day
