Specialty State WA Location 10217 125th Street Ct E, Puyallup, WA, 98374 Requirements Specialty: Pediatrics Start Date: As soon as credentialed. Provider presented should be available to start within 4 weeks. Exception will be made for providers who have previously worked with Sea Mar. Contract Length: 3 months possibility to extend Shift Details: 8a-5p 40hrs/week. 8 hour work day with 1 hour unpaid lunch. Schedule: Monday-Friday Work Details: Support Staff: Dedicated medical assistant for each provider receptionist mental health therapists dietitians most clinics have an onsite pediatrician and local health care administrator they will submit timecards to. Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: FT. 40hrs/week. Patients per day: Will be scheduled to see up to 18 patients. May be less depending on cancellations etc but should be comfortable with higher volume and fast paced. Patient Population/Age: Newborns-Age 18. Provider should be comfortable working with all ages. Department Description: Community Health Center. Providers must have experience in these settings or express interest to work with vulnerable populations. They service migrants and refugees and have interpretative services available on site. Provider is not required to be bilingual but would be a plus. EMR: EPIC Skills Required: Expected to hit ground running. Will be a 1 week ramp up with onsite orientation but will be expected to begin patient care by day 3.
