The role also involves fostering an environment that supports interdisciplinary collaborations and serving as a bridge builder to achieve solutions that maximize efficiency and resource utilization. The Dean will work closely with the Dean's Advisory Council, students, staff, and faculty to ensure strong shared governance and will be expected to have a strong capacity for cultivating relationships to advance the college's philanthropic priorities.
