About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chair for its Department of Dermatology. The successful candidate will be a distinguished academic dermatologist with a proven track record in leadership, scholarship, program growth, community engagement, and faculty mentorship. This role is pivotal in providing strategic, academic, and operational leadership to further enhance the department's strong foundation in research, clinical care, education, innovation, and service. The Chair will be responsible for guiding the continued growth of the clinical enterprise, strengthening research programs, and expanding interdisciplinary collaborations. A key focus will be on fostering an environment that supports excellence in education, innovation, and faculty development. Candidates for the Chair position must have an M.D. or equivalent degree, be board-certified in Dermatology, and be qualified for appointment to the Professor level.
