Business Program Manager

Job Description We are seeking a Program Manager with New Product Introduction (NPI) and/or manufacturing experience to support AI, server, and data center-related programs. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams to drive new product launches from development through mass production, ensuring alignment with schedule, cost, and quality targets. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end program management for AI, server, and data center NPI programs Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operations Develop and track project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables Drive execution to meet program schedules and production readiness targets Identify risks and issues early; support mitigation and escalation as needed Facilitate regular program meetings and provide clear status updates to stakeholders and leadership Ensure alignment between product development and manufacturing readiness (DFM, ramp planning, etc.) Support transition from prototype builds to mass production Qualifications 2–3 years of program/project management experience, preferably in NPI or manufacturing environments Exposure to AI, server, or data center hardware programs is preferred Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and product lifecycle Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint; Project or similar tools a plus) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience working with server, storage, networking, or data center hardware Familiarity with supply chain, production ramp, and factory operations Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project) PMP or similar certification is a plus Work Location Houston, TX Salary range $110-$125k Actual compensation will be based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
