Title Weekend Home Health RN (Field) Schedule Full Time (24 visits per week with benefits) or Part Time (18 visits per week). Non-traditional schedules are available, e.g., Thursday-Monday. Locations Area #8 covers the following cities: Richmond, Rodeo, El Cerrito, El Sobrante, Hercules, Pinole, San Pablo, Crockett, Kensington and covers the areas of Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Albany, Emeryville, Piedmont. Paid Training Must be able to train for 5 days Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm in San Ramon (onsite). Position Summary The Home Health RN monitors a patient’s overall health and, in partnership with a primary care physician, develops an individualized plan of care. Each RN functions as a case manager and works independently to deliver quality healthcare, providing specialized services such as wound therapy, post-surgical care, and ostomy care management. Requirements Minimum 1 year RN experience, preferably in acute, SNF, Home Health or Hospice setting Active CA Registered Nursing License AA, BSN or MSN Reliable transportation Current CPR or BLS Card Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision 401K Life Insurance Holiday Pay and PTO Compensation is based on full-time schedule. #J-18808-Ljbffr
