Apprentice Sprinkler Fitter

Job Description Relapath is currently recruiting multiple Apprentice Sprinkler Fitters to work in a direct-hire role in Sioux Falls, SD. This is a position could be key to launching you into a career in fire safety! As an Apprentice Sprinkler Fitter, you'll work alongside licensed journeymen to install, modify, and service fire sprinkler systems in commercial and residential buildings. This is a hands-on, learn-while-you-earn role tied to a registered apprenticeship program! Day-to-day responsibilities include: Assisting with the installation of sprinkler piping, heads, hangers, and related components following approved blueprints and NFPA 13/13R/13D standards Cutting, threading, grooving, and joining pipe using hand and power tools Helping with system testing, flushing, and inspections Maintaining a clean and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations Attending all required apprenticeship classes and completing coursework on schedule Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required Enrollment in, or eligibility for, a UA (United Association) or equivalent registered apprenticeship program Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work at heights, and stand for extended periods Valid driver’s license preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Relapath
