You run projects with structure, discipline, and visibility.

What the job requires

• Lead client communication
• Manage schedules and budgets
• Run structured budget meetings
• Oversee change orders
• Align plans and execution
• Drive accountability across teams

You will spend time in the field where standards are enforced, however you're not site superintendent. You will be working with a Site Manager. 

What the department does

The department works on a variety of projects. Projects can range from small projects, multi-faceted remodels, and custom homes up to $2 Million.

This role is not for people who need constant direction, need handholding while using Excel, avoid accountability, or are comfortable with average performance.

Your background

• 5+ years in custom residential construction or remodeling
• Strong understanding of building science
• Experience managing budgets and schedules
• Tech Savvy
