Seeking Custodian for automotive facility in Roanoke TX. This is for 4-5 month long project.

Monday-Friday 6a-2:30p
Must be willing to be trained and use Forklift
$21.52/hour

Essential Janitorial Duties and Responsibilities:

Pick up and dispose of trash and debris throughout jobsite haul trash to dumpsters
Sweep and clean work areas throughout the project
Able to distinguish between trash/scrap and stored materials
Work in an organized manner completing areas as you go
Work in close proximity with other trades in a fast-paced environment
Other responsibilities as assigned
This is a PHYSICALLY DEMANDING position. It entails A LOT of walking (miles a day) and includes emptying trashes (heavy lifting) and cleaning outside areas: Yard area guard shack smoke area etc.

While janitorial is a good part of the services we offer we also handle various other tasks. Tasks include but are not limited to:

Removing and Bailing Cardboard
Moving and stacking Pallets
Floor cleaning
Fork truck operation
Need to be open to ALL tasks

Qualifications:;

Previous experience in a janitor custodian cleaner or housekeeping position preferred
Frequent lifting carrying pushing or pulling greater than 50 lbs.
Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
Must have reliable transportation
