Responsibilities Operates ultrasound equipment to perform clinical diagnostic ultrasound exams and routine invasive procedures according to established standards and practices. Provides patient services utilizing ultrasound equipment. Demonstrates knowledge of cross‑sectional anatomy and pathology. Provides patient care to all age groups including neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics. Communicates effectively with staff and radiologists. Qualifications Graduate of an AMA approved Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program or JRCERT accredited hospital‑based training program – Required 2 years of experience – Required ARDMS registered in at least 2 specialties – Required upon hire BCLS – Basic Life Support – Required upon hire RVS (Registered Vascular Sonographer) – Preferred RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) – Preferred Business Unit: Company Name: Piedmont Fayette Hospital #J-18808-Ljbffr Piedmont HealthCare
