Our practice operates a Community Health Clinic structure, offering you the ability to manage your own schedule between Monday and Saturday, catering to your personal work-life balance needs. We support our clinicians with in-house credentialing and management of insurance participation, allowing you to focus on what matters most—your clients.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s specific circumstances. \n
- Perform initial comprehensive patient and family assessments, triaging care effectively according to the identified needs. \n
- Document assessment results and treatment plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams during patient rounds to ensure cohesive care delivery. \n
- Provide case management for assigned patients, coordinating with hospital and community professionals to expand treatment resources and support networks. \n
- Ethically manage and complete documentation in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with departmental standards. \n
- Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to assist clients in achieving their individualized service goals. \n
- Engage in regular supervisory meetings to discuss treatment strategies and refine counseling techniques, ensuring continuous improvement in therapeutic practices. \n
As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Oakridge Counseling and Therapy Clinic, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Clients may seek support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your role will be crucial in providing empathetic and effective treatment that fosters recovery and resilience.

- Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, in the State of Arizona. \n
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required. \n
