Deputy Court Administrator

The Deputy Court Administrator coordinates non-judicial activities and operations of the Superior Court in Sussex County under the direction of the Superior Court Administrator. The role involves strategic planning, policy development, security and facilities management, court technology initiatives, staff training, budget administration, and serving as a liaison between the Court and external agencies. The incumbent directs record management, interprets court rules, and manages space and facility needs. Key qualifications: Six months experience in operations management including planning, directing, coordinating, controlling and evaluating operations through subordinate supervisors Three years experience developing solutions and providing recommendations to management in accomplishing organizational and operational goals Three years experience interpreting court rules, regulations, standards, policies, and procedures Knowledge of developing policies or procedures Satisfactory criminal background check required #J-18808-Ljbffr DGS Office of External Affairs
