Program Highlights: An eight-month program combining instructor-led classroom, lab, and shop experience. The program alternates weekly between one of our Ohio Cat training facilities (Cleveland or Columbus) and your home shop. ~640 hours of hands‑on training. Develop expertise in electrical systems and generator operation. Collaborate with industry leaders and serve vital customers. Who You Are: High school diploma or equivalent. Interest in electrical and mechanical systems. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Motivated to join a fast-pace, high‑growth industry. Physical Requirements: Lifting/Carrying 40 lb. Lift/Carry and 50lb pulling Standing/Sitting Up and down stairs, standing, sitting, and climbing into machines Dexterity Normal Repetitive Motions: Frequent movements requiring the use of hands, wrists, and fingers.
