Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM Consultant

Job Summary (List Format):
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of Oracle SaaS SCM solutions across the entire supply chain lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate supply chain requirements into scalable Oracle SaaS SCM configurations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging Oracle SaaS capabilities to optimize supply chain processes.
- Oversee integration of Oracle SaaS SCM modules with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Monitor industry trends and Oracle SaaS SCM updates to recommend system enhancements and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams on Oracle SaaS SCM best practices, solution adoption, and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance in SCM implementations and upgrades.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle SaaS SCM, including key areas such as Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, Costing, and Manufacturing.
- Partner with Capability Architects to develop and own test strategies, plans, scenarios, and cases for quality assurance and project signoff.
- Coordinate with third-party partners to perform end-to-end supply chain integration testing.
- Evaluate, execute, and document test cases and results, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Communicate testing progress, challenges, and resolutions to stakeholders.
- Propose innovative and out-of-the-box solutions to enhance productivity and streamline supply chain processes.
- Lead full lifecycle implementations of Oracle SCM Cloud modules, including configuration, testing, data migration, reporting, user training, and post-go-live support.
- Exhibit strong client-facing communication skills and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
