Job Description Job Description Responsibilities (Registered Dental Assistant): Breaking down/ setting up dental chairs Assist dentists during dental treatment Clean dental instruments Maintain dental equipment and instruments Clean operatories and office when needed Responsibilities (front desk/receptionist): - Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments - Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary paperwork - Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes - Maintain patient records and update information as needed - Handle billing and payment transactions - Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow - Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns Requirements: Self manager; can complete tasks independently without constant supervision Has integrity and good ethics. Employer must be able to trust team member Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role is preferred Knowledge of dental terminologies and procedures is a must have Proficient in using Open Dental software Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information Friendly and professional demeanor Job Type: Full-time Salary: negotiable based on skills level, and work experience Benefits: Flexible schedule On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Schedule: 8 hour shift Extended hours Monday to Saturday Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: Aubrey, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Dental assisting: 1 year (Required) Dental receptionist: 1 year (Preferred) Language: Spanish (Preferred), English (Required) Work Location: In person Company Description Healthy Crowns Dentistry is a family owned and operated dental office that provides general, family, and cosmetic dentistry for all ages.
