Estate Planning Attorney

We're looking for an Estate Planning Associate Attorney who is as comfortable holding a family accountable for a difficult decision as they are drafting the documents that protect them.At Coastal Legacy Law, our attorneys are educators and guides. You will sit across from families navigating aging, incapacity, and death, and your job is to lead those conversations with enough clarity and confidence that people leave with a plan they actually understand. That requires a specific kind of person: someone who is internally driven with a purpose to help others, is comfortable being direct and structured, but also is able to connect with the individual(s) across from them.This is a full-time, hybrid role that travels between our DeLand and New Smyrna Beach offices. What was your approach, and what was the outcome?Compensation: $80,000 – $98,000 base + performance bonuses. Salary range is based on depth and approach of experience.
