Job Title: Operations Analyst

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Duration: 12+ Months
Pay Rate: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour

Job Description:

• The Estate Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely settlement of client accounts following the passing of a client. This role involves reviewing estate-related legal documentation, processing distributions to beneficiaries and estate heirs, and ensuring all activities are completed in compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
• The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage sensitive matters with professionalism and empathy. The role also requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and efficient client experience during challenging and sensitive situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate estate-related legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Process account settlements, beneficiary distributions, and estate transfers in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to resolve issues and complete case processing efficiently.
• Handle sensitive client situations with professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and service-level performance targets.
