About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the development and execution of the organization's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. The CFO will serve as a key strategic advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team, leading all finance functions, and directing the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes. This executive will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving financial analysis to provide actionable insights that support decision-making and operational performance. Additionally, the CFO will be instrumental in establishing and monitoring key financial and operational performance metrics, as well as leading due diligence and financial integration activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a focus on accounting, finance, or business administration, and an MBA and/or CPA is preferred. A minimum of 13 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading complex finance organizations, a strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, internal controls, and corporate finance, and experience in supporting mergers, acquisitions, and large-scale organizational transformation. The CFO must be a strategic thinker with exceptional financial and analytical acumen, a collaborative and influential leader, and possess a high degree of integrity, sound judgment, and executive maturity. Strong communication skills, the ability to influence across all levels of the organization, and a focus on talent development and leadership are also essential.
