Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active state Physical Therapy license required
• Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card in hand
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
• Skilled at delivering PT evaluations, interventions, and progress monitoring
• Strong communication and collaborative abilities across multidisciplinary teams
• Comfortable working across a range of ages and disabilities

Your Role:

• Deliver physical therapy assessments and interventions to PreK–8 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with students’ IEPs
• Document services and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical insights
• Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment
• Stay up to date with best practices in school-based pediatric physical therapy
