Wound Care Nurse - RN

Our pay range begins at $43.60 per hour & INCREASES based on your established experience—our range caps at $51.35. The final pay rate is determined at the facility level after verification of experience. Wage shift differentials are offered for 2nd/3rd shifts & specific leadership roles. Additionally, you will receive payment every Friday (weekly). Administers and records all treatment medications. Charts information regarding patient’s progress, ailments, medication, symptoms and observations. Performs monthly skin assessments on patients. Stocks and prepares treatment cart. Complies with current federal, state, and local regulations governing nursing care in the execution of assigned duties. Administers and records medications following physician orders and established center policy; takes and records resident vital signs and collects laboratory specimens as directed. Provides emotional support to residents and their families.
