Requirements: High School Diploma Or GED Required Minimum 1 Year Of Experience In The Produce Or Manufacturing Industry Bilingual In English And Spanish Required Basic Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Knowledge Of Hand And Power Tools, Including Drills, Wrenches, Screwdrivers, And Measuring Tools Basic Electrical Troubleshooting Skills (Testing Voltage, Identifying Short Circuits, Stripping Cables) Tapping And Threading Experience Preferred Basic Inventory Tracking And Reporting Experience Air Compressor Or Mechanical Maintenance Experience Preferred Forklift Experience Preferred Ability To Multitask, Meet Deadlines, And Work Independently Or As Part Of A Team Ability To Lift Up To 50 Lbs And Work In Hot, Cold, And Humid Environments

Job Duties: Program Bagging Machines To Meet Customer Product Specifications Set Up Film, Netting, And Label Configurations For Production Runs Perform Daily, Weekly, And Monthly Preventive Maintenance On Bagging Equipment Complete Basic Mechanical And Electrical Repairs, Including Parts Replacement And Machine Calibrations Pre-Stage Machines And Load New Customer Information Into Production Systems Support Customer Transitions By Updating Machine Settings And Product Configurations Manage Product Changeovers And Ensure Smooth Production Flow Verify Customer Orders, Product Quantities, And Finished Goods Quality Collaborate With Quality Control To Complete Inspections And Maintain Production Standards Track Inventory, Maintain Production Records, And Support Warehouse Operations As Needed Follow All Safety Procedures And Maintain A Clean Work Environment
